ROS Shipping Policy:
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS).
All shipping charges will be added to purchase at the checkout. You will have the option to choose to pick it up or have it delivered. Shipping prices will vary based on quantity ordered unless other-wised noted as a special promotion. Most Shipments are sent out on the first part of the week Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays if not local only. If the customer is within the same state, city, or neighboring state orders are subject to ship on Monday - Friday. No order will ever ship on a weekend or holiday.
Please note: All mail orders will be shipped out using the following:

3) Instructions and other marketing materials
4) Postage and Handling
Once your order is shipped you would receive a Tracking number
ROS Delivery Policy:
All delivery charges will be added to the purchase at the checkout. delivery prices will vary based on quantity ordered unless other-wised noted as a special promotion. Turnaround time for processing and packaging is generally 2-3 business days. When an order is ready for pickup you will receive an email with a confirmation of the time and location for arrangements to be made. All orders must be picked up within 2-3 days of notice. If neglect occurs on behalf of the customer not communicating or picking up at the agreed time you will forfeit order costs and will not be issued a refund.
ROS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Our high standard packaging of orders and proper labeling of package(s) as ‘fragile’ informs the carriers to handle with care. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
ROS Return Policy:
Most items are final sales but, If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase we would like to know. Please contact us directly for further details. Refunds will only be given if the product has somehow expired once received. * All products must be inspected immediately upon receipt, you will have 2 days after to contact us for issues regarding your order. After the 2 days, we will not be able to correct any issues that may have occurred* If there has been a mixed up in orders, contact us and we will rectify the issue.

In the event should a customer decide to cancel their order that isn't shipped out, we charge a restocking fee of $10 on that order.
